The Healing Codes for Baby-Boomers
Baby-Boomers are always looking for new ways to improve their health and vitality. The Healing Codes could be another tool in their toolbox of alternative health modalities.
According to the official website, “The Healing Codes are a simple and powerful self-healing system and a form of energy medicine.”
Dr. Loyd’s premise for The Healing Codes is that there are three inhibitors to healing:
- Harmful Actions and
- Unhealthy Beliefs
His system is based on the fields of quantum and particle physics.
He says that, “The Healing Codes use unseen energy to remove unknown and unseen things that may be causing harm to people. Those unknown and unseen things we call ‘pictures of the heart.’…The Healing Codes work because of established laws of nature from the field of quantum physics…”
“The Healing Codes system uses 12 pairs of Codes, and each pair addresses one of the twelve categories of core spiritual issues that affect everyone’s lives, called The Core Healing System:
- Harmful Actions
- Unhealthy Beliefs
- Humility and
“A Healing Code is performed by aiming all five fingers of both hands at one or more of the healing centers from two to three inches away from the body. The hands and fingers direct flows of energy at the healing centers.”

It is recommended to use The Healing Codes system repeatedly until your issues are healed. “As the spiritual and emotional issues that create stress are healed, your joy in life will increase. Also, your body may heal itself as it begins to function as it was intended to function.”
My Experience with The Healing Codes
I came across The Healing Codes in about 2010. What I like about this system is it has lots of free support online. The manual is approximately 184 pages which includes a very extensive reference section at the back that lists various symptoms one might want to focus on.
I did a self-assessment at the start of using The Codes in May of 2010. I didn’t score too well on any of the above-mentioned categories. I just found the online assessment and am printing it out to see if there’s much change since the first time.
I know that I used the Healing Codes for a period of time, but can’t remember exactly for how long or why I quit using them. Seems to me that I felt they were too ‘complicated.’
As Chris Woodford writes in an article in Explain That Stuff, “Energy is a bit of a mystery. Most of the time we can’t see it, yet it is everywhere around us… Energy is a magical substance that makes things happen. Everything in the world is either energy or matter (“stuff” around us) and even matter, when you really get down to it, is a kind of energy!”
Margaret McElroy writes, “Energy is all around us. Yet, 99% of people have no clue it is there, OR even that we need to learn about it, and how to use it, or how not to use it.”
There are so many healing energy modalities out there these days. Everything from A – Z. Wikipedia has a pretty inclusive list of Alternative Healing modalities from A – Z here.
Disclaimer: Certain ideas about energy healing really resonate with me, but yet, when I tried them I didn’t get the results that others were getting, therefore I cannot and will not say that any one modality is the end-all, be-all. (Please consult your own health care provider to find out what is best for you.)
I will explain to you my understanding and my practices, but I know from trial and error that what works for me may or may not work for you…
Other Energy Modalities I’ve tried:
- Body Code
- Body Talk
- Energy Modalities that begin with ‘E’
- EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques®
- Emotion Code
- Healing Touch
- Energy Modalities that begin with ‘R’
- Tai Chi
- Tesla Metamorphosis
