Book Review 10 Arguments for Deleting Your Social Media

Jaron Lanier’s book, Ten Arguments for Deleting Your Social Media Accounts RIGHT NOW reinforced and put into words, my recurring dissatisfaction with Social Media.
This book definitely exposed in psychological terms the same things that Orwell exposed in his classic book, 1984.
Over the last year or so, I’ve become increasingly frustrated with Social Media that it’s become more work and less pleasure, less social, and more negative that I am now choosing to disengage and unplug from all the BUMMER organizations Mr. Lanier mentions in his book.
If you’re interested in retaining or reclaiming your autonomy, sanity and peace of mind, I highly recommend this book.
