Food Additives to Avoid

AKA MSG

When I first became aware of what they are doing to our food by using food additives, I found out that Aspartame (Now called Amino Sweet) was in nearly everything. When I read that it could eat holes in one’s brain, I decided to give up chewing gum because I couldn’t find a brand that didn’t contain Aspartame. Aspartame is most common in diet drinks and chewing gum.

One of the worst additives is MSG – I have read an article that lists over 30 different names for MSG. . . .  Monosodium Glutamate is fed to make rats fat – there are NO naturally fat rats! What do you think MSG is doing to us? Do you think that this might be the cause of the epidemic obesity crisis worldwide?

Almost every flavoured snack has MSG in it. For example, plain potato chips generally do not contain MSG, but dill pickle, BBQ, etc. will contain MSG.
